Having sacred conversations and changing lives.
Why are we called Ladies At Lunch? Women often share their most intimate and personal details over lunch. Hopefully, after one of our events you will be inspired to have a sacred conversation with someone.
Recently, an alarming number of luminary women have decided to speak out against sexual violence. In wake of this revelation it has become imperative for Ladies At Lunch to give “the woman next door” an opportunity to have her voice heard.
For over a decade, we have created evenings with panel discussions and experts in their field to speak about how women are affected by sexual violence.
Ladies At Lunch would like women to know that domestic and sexual abuse crosses all demographics. It doesn’t matter if you’re intelligent, successful and independent. You or someone dear to you could be a victim. We plan to remove the shame and stigma attached to these crimes.
Why are we called ladies at lunch? Women often share their most intimate and personal details over lunch. Hopefully, after one of our events, you will be inspired to have a sacred conversation with someone.

Join us at our next event. Our events encourage open dialogue about sexual abuse, domestic violence (DV) and intimate partner violence (IPV) and cyber sexual abuse. We share with health professionals and panel discussions in a relaxing atmosphere, complete with music, poetry and gifts from sponsors. This setting has proven effective in facilitating feelings of openness for women to share their stories and find resources.
Resources are available to help heal the effects that show up in other aspects of our lives.
